Programme

A Structured Approach to Democratic Resilience.

Democracy Forum operates through a set of interconnected, professionally designed programmes that together form the Iranian-European Democracy Resilience Programme.

The Programme

Iranian-European Democracy Resilience Programme

This programme is built to strengthen civil society, democratic participation, human rights awareness, and societal resilience across Europe — with a particular focus on the Iranian diaspora and its engagement with European institutions.

We do not run isolated initiatives — we build a coherent, scalable programme architecture.

— Our Approach

Our Approach

Our programmes are designed with a clear structure:

01

Modular.

Designed to scale across countries and adapt to evolving local conditions.

02

Aligned.

Built in step with European frameworks, standards, and institutional practice.

03

Lasting.

Oriented toward long-term resilience rather than short-term activity.

Each programme is integrated across multiple working areas and supported by strong governance and funding structures — contributing to one broader goal: strengthening democratic resilience through coordination, knowledge, and engagement.
