Civil Society & Network Development
Building a Connected, Capable, and United Democratic Ecosystem
At a glance.
Democratic change does not emerge from isolated actors — it grows from strong, connected, and capable networks.
The Civil Society & Network Development Working Group is responsible for building and strengthening a pan-European ecosystem of Iranian democratic actors, organizations, and initiatives.
We connect people, build capacity, and turn fragmented efforts into a coordinated force.
Our mandate.
This working group focuses on expanding and strengthening the human and organizational foundation of Democracy Forum. We aim to:
- 01Build a structured network across European countries
- 02Connect individuals, organizations, and initiatives

- 04Enable collaboration across borders
- 05Create a scalable and sustainable community

Our approach.

- 01Diplomacy & Government Relations → aligning civil society with political engagement
- 02Media & Communications → amplifying network activities
- 03Events & Conferences → activating the network through gatherings
- 04Finance & Public Funding → enabling resources for network expansion
Our role is to ensure that Democracy Forum grows not only in structure — but in people, relationships, and trust.
