The Strategy & Governance Working Group is responsible for:

- 03Ensuring alignment across all working groups and programmes
- 04Maintaining internal coherence in a complex, multi-country structure
- 05Supporting leadership in high-level decision-making

- Identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Ensure long-term positioning at the European level
